| Al Imran Enterprise was the brainchild of late Muhammad Zafar Uddin
Quadri, the co-founder of the group. After having a successful banking
career with a span of more than twenty five years, he started his own
import business. He worked in Habib Bank and United Bank in various
prime positions and took voluntary retirement as a Senior Vice
President of a bank to concentrate in his entrepreneur endeavors. |

| Al Imran Enterprise has been in the import and trading business since
1975. Initially it was a general item importer and imported all kinds
of items like tyres, yarn and cloth etc. It started to concentrate in
shoe materials markets since 1981 after the death of founder and his
beloved brother, Muhammad Hanif Uddin Quadri. Today it imports all
kinds of adhesives for shoe making and hardware and allied industry,
rubber & rubber chemicals, solvents, resins, and related items. |
